Policies
A 50% NON REFUNDABLE PAYMENT is due upon booking.
If I do not receive your payment within 24 hours of giving you a quote, your order will be CANCELLED.
Once your desserts are out of my hands, I am NOT responsible if they get damaged, ruined, etc.
If your event has been cancelled, you must notify me ONE MONTH beforehand in order for you to refund your 50% payment. If it's less than a month, we can use your deposit for a future event.
If your event has changed to a later date, you must at least notify me 2 weeks beforehand so I can better accommodate you.
If you do not pick up your sweets & do not communicate w/ me, I cannot refund you.
